Fabryka HIFLOFILTRO została utworzona w 1955 i już w roku 1963 produkowała filtry oleju i powietrza do pierwszego, fabrycznego montażu. Po ponad 40 latach doświadczeń, HIFLOFILTRO jest obecnie jednym z największych i najbardziej ekspansywnych przedsiębiorstw branży motoryzacyjnej na świecie. Posiada kilka zakładów produkcyjnych, w tym jeden w Europie. Jakość potwierdzają używane materiały, takie jak: stal z Toyota Tsusho i NKK z Japonii, klej firmy Henkel z Niemiec, papier z Ahlstrom z Finlandii, Hollingsworth & Vose z USA i Awa Paper z Japonii. Od 2013 roku część produkcji filtrów powietrza została skierowana do zakładu w Chinach. Produkcja odbywa się z komponentów dostarczanych przez tych samych dostawców pod kontrolą specjalistów z Tajlandii.
